In the event something doesn't quite work, we'll gladly accept unworn or defective merchandise for return or exchange.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE EASY!
Locate your order number and ship-to zip code.
This info is in your order confirmation email, on your shipping label, and on your packing slip.
This will take you to the returns/exchange portal. Just follow the prompts.
You'll be able to choose what you'd like to do and get a USPS return label.
Print up the USPS return label you've just created and give the package to your postal carrier.

The fastest and easiest way to get the correct size, color or style is to place a new order. The cost to return your order is on us!
Create a prepaid return label (using the #2 button above)
If you are just wanting to return your order then please follow the same steps.
Your original order must then be sent back to our depot in their unworn condition with their original box and inserts within 60 days of their delivery.
Once received at the depot your order will then be refunded by a credit to your original method of payment, provided all the above criteria is met.
Once received all refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
REFUNDS
- All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
- If you paid with a Gift Card, your refund will be issued back to that gift card.

I have been beating these up for 2 months, dirt, dust, mud, walking through streams. These are holding up very well. Brush them off with a stiff brush and all that is left is some minor water stains. Sole has very little wear and does not get clogged with trash. The midsole looks fine and is holding up. Construction is solid, the fit seems a little looser then other chelsea work boots but nothing some thick work socks won’t fix. Very happy. Many ‘THANKS’ to the team at Jim Green!

Hiking at least 5 miles every day from -10 to 90F, humidities of 15 – 90%, elevation gain 300′-800′. These boots are the perfect farm/ ranch boot. Nice and wide for endless hikes, water resistance due to dual lasted/ stitchdown construction, slim enough to fit in older sadddle stirrups, and handsome enough for church on Sunday. Between 2 pair of outbacks, a pair of microspikes, and a set of gaiters, I can’t imagine needing another boot.
