Underfoot, the new Africa Barefoot sole provides enhanced flexibility, grip, and ground feel, allowing your feet to move naturally while still delivering the toughness needed for daily life and outdoor use. - Manufactured with a double layer of leather (2.2mm full grain pull up leather, lined with 1.6mm calf leather).
- Double layer of leather aids in the boots’ water-resistant properties (not waterproof).
- Due to the double layer of leather, the 719 is built to last, making it an ideal boot for any occasion.
- 6-inch height for excellent support, comfort, and protection.
- Thermoplastic heel stiffener for extra support.
- NO STEEL SHANK.
- A fully gusseted tongue.
- A 3mm leather midsole and 3mm leather lasting board for added comfort and durability.
- Sole is made from genuine rubber.
- The leather midsole is secured to the upper with a full 360-degree double-stitched 2.2mm braided nylon cord.
- As with all our boots, these can be resoled due to their double stitch down construction.
- Barefoot Anatomical last – This last has a 4E wide fit and offers a zero drop fit with a anatomical foot shaped spacious toe box (This offers a wide fit and extra room that allows for a more natural barefoot experience).

I LOVE these boots. I pre-ordered them on May 8th and they arrived at the end of August. It was a long wait, my patience was tested, but it was absolutely worth it. I have very wide feet and for years I have been cramming them into boots that were too narrow. For the first time in my adult life, I was able to slip on a pair of boots (or shoes) without them feeling like a straight jacket. My feet are in heaven, wrapped in Bronco Leather. Now let me speak on the boots. The Bronco Brown leather is top notch. The different tones in the pull up leather give the boots a rugged characteristic and look. The double lasting makes these boot extremely durable and the Africa sole, feels great underfoot. I’ve grown to love the zero drop of barefoot shoes after getting my first pair of Barefoot African Rangers last February. I’ve been wanting a pair of 719’s for a while and when I saw these on pre-order, I knew these were the 719’s for me. Jim Green knows how to make a rugged boot with quality materials. I look forward to many years with my AnatomX 719 boots. I cannot recommend these boots enough, especially if you have a wide foot.
