- This boot embodies the classic features of a traditional Moc-Toe design, crafted with exceptional attention to detail and quality in every aspect.
- Manufactured with a double layer of leather (2.2mm Nubuck leather, lined with 1.6mm calf leather).
- Heel stiffeners for added durability, support, and protection.
- Soft leather gusseted tongue for comfort and weight reduction.
- A steel shank between the insole board and sole offers extra support and stability.
- A leather midsole and a resin runner for added comfort and durability.
- Heavy-duty hooks and eyelets to secure feet.
- The midsole is secured to the upper with a blake stitch.

- MT last – This last has a 3E wide fit and offers a roomy and traditional moc toe box.
- Sole: TW (This sole is our Tyre Wedge option and is designed for grip and comfort. It is a genuine rubber sole with a softer rubber compound, providing the best all-round performance).

I have been wearing a pair of size 14 AR8s as my daily drivers for over a year now. They are fantastic. The width is great, they are snug & supportive, just overall a great fitting boot. That is not the case with these Workhorse Moc Toes. The materials are fine, and the boots look amazing, but the fit is off. They are not even remotely as comfortable as AR8s. For starters the QC is off. There is noticeably more midsole/sole protruding around the toe box on my left boot compared to the right. It looks odd but it makes my left boot feel more supported than my right as my foot flexes just before lifting off the ground during a step. I can feel the lack of material under my right great toe when walking. It feels like I’m wearing a sandal that’s too small for my foot. Unfortunately for me I have worn them for several days thinking they would get better when broken in and that is not the case. I’m stuck with almost $300 boots that look good but are unpleasant to wear.

Love these boots! Got these in the mail today and I’m impressed. I’m just a touch over size 11 on a Brannock device but I have some fairly deformed toes which makes my feet slightly wide, so I went with a size 11.5. They fit perfectly – great width, no toe rubbing, and are comfortable right out of the box. Love the look of the moc toe – it’s a very pleasing shape and looks great. I really appreciate that it’s a true moc toe construction – made from the bottom up – and until I re-watched the construction video I’d forgotten that the moc toe is hand-stitched! Excellent value. Would love to see these offered with a higher shaft.
